It’s been a minute! I haven’t been to the gym in three weeks. I was going to go today but we’re experiencing some rapid growth of COVID-19 in my area so I decided to sit this one out. I didn’t go last week, either, as I haven’t been sleeping well and honestly this is a bad sign for me.
It’s not bad in that…well, yeah it’s bad all around. The more tired I am, the less likely I am to want to cook. I have no delivery apps on my phone but the pizza joint is just a website away. I’ve ordered a couple times but the difference is I am counting calories and I am not ordering for all three meals like I was when I had DoorDash or GrubHub on my phone1. I will input what I ate at the pizza joint directly after I eat it. Then, I make decisions about what I can or cannot eat the rest of the day.
Today I had 3/4 of an eggplant parmesan sub and cheese sticks. I couldn’t eat all that sub. I threw out half of a half. Felt good because I love eggplant parm sandwiches.
I didn’t input this yet and I haven’t eaten anything else since and it is almost 12am. But since I have to eat with some of my medicine, I will have a piece of toast with some almond butter on it.
I really should have written this post after I went to the gym but here are the deets.
