Nike Free X Metcon 2 Review

I’ve worn the Nike Free X Metcon 2s just once and I can tell you, without a doubt, these are the best trainers I’ve ever worn. Full stop.

What makes them so special?

The flexibility.

The soles on these things are incredibly bendy. This is major, because if you run or lift, they give and allow you to spread your feet to steady yourself.

I have wide feet and these were a perfect fit from the jump. I didn’t have to break them in like I did the UA Tribase Reign 2s. While I feel the Tribase Reigns give more support for more intense workouts2, these are good for deadlifts, squats, and any other lift where support and the ability to spread your toes to stabilize yourself are important.
